Prohibited Uses

You may not use AbsurdBot to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or any rules of any securities exchange, either intentionally or unintentionally.
• Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of AbsurdBot or the servers and networks connected to AbsurdBot, including transmitting any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like, to download data from AbsurdBot, except for internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that comply with our robots.txt file.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from AbsurdBot by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone�s use or enjoyment of AbsurdBot, or which, as determined by us, may harm AbsurdBot or users of AbsurdBot or expose them to liability.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use AbsurdBot in a manner that is respectful of other users and consistent with the intended purpose of the Service.
• Ensure the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Comply with any instructions, technical requirements, or guidelines provided by us related to the use of AbsurdBot.
• Keep your contact information and other account information up to date and accurate.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content you post or actions you take.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor your use of AbsurdBot to ensure compliance with this Policy, including the right to review, edit, or remove any content you post or transmit using AbsurdBot.
• Terminate or suspend your access to AbsurdBot, without notice, for any violation of this Policy or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
• Report any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate with those authorities in any investigation.
• Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of AbsurdBot.
• Disclose information about your use of AbsurdBot as required by law or legal process.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Policy will govern your use of AbsurdBot and will always be available at https://absurdbot.absurd.link/acceptable-use-policy. By continuing to access or use AbsurdBot after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.
